Why did I think you were talking about dance.4 there, when you said 7?
I don't think it is from bacteria, because it hasn't filled any more since I posted. I expect they probably pasteurized it before putting it in the packet, and I doubt they go out of date that quickly, as they keep them for a while behind the counter.
